We have been receiving calls throughout the day about water problems, both low pressure or no water at all. This is due to 2 issues with Virginia American Water. First they have been doing emergency repairs (we are normally notified prior) and we have also learned that they have mis-applied our full payment across our 130 water meters thus causing several additional shut offs today.  Our office received no notification from them and we have been in communication with them since 9:00am to rectify their error.  All should have now been restored, but if you return home and find a no water condition please call the emergency number immediately at 866-370-2977 so that our staff can contact Virginia American Water.
