All work order requests must be submitted through Buildium https://parkfairfax.managebuilding.com . Buildium is a cloud-based system that allows residents to submit work order requests from anywhere with an internet connection. Residents will receive automated emails as the work order travels toward completion.

Once you are logged into Buildium you can submit a work order by clicking the Contact Us button, type your request in the box, then click Save Message.
