The proposed changes to the Parking Policy include the issuance of an annual permit (in the form of an interchangeable hangtag) to facilitate vehicle identification and ensure fair allocation of common element parking throughout the community.   The “residents only” and one vehicle per unit restrictions as well as the nominal 30 day time limit will remain unchanged.  Additional details and rationale will be presented at the April 6^th public hearing where community input is strongly encouraged.
