CLS is onsite this month to begin the annual bed clean-up cycle earlier than usual as the property is slated for mulching this Spring.  This includes remaining leaf pickups in beds, at both common element beds and unit locations as well as clearing of any other debris.  If you do not want your beds touched, please make sure you have yellow stakes (which can be picked up at the main office) placed in your beds and they are clearly visible. Recently we have been alerted to residents disposing of yard waste into the woodland area.  This is not permitted, and we ask not to dump any landscape materials into the wooded areas, no dirt, stones, leaves, branches or trimmings. Parkfairfax has an open top dumpster specifically for this purpose in the maintenance yard.
