Today we were alerted to a resident cutting and pruning large pieces of the magnolia trees on Valley Drive and Gunston Road.

These were then placed in a vehicle with a pile of debris left on the ground.

These trees are clearly common elements and as such should be left un-touched per our by-laws.

We ask that residents do not prune Parkfairfax trees or shrubs for holiday decorations.
