Dear Residents,
As you know, we are in the process of learning the different options available for roofing tile materials for when the time comes to replace our roof tiles.
Accordingly, we invite you to a meeting with DaVinci composite roof tiles representatives next Thursday, March 7 at noon. DaVinci Roofscapes is one of the top manufacturers of synthetic shingles in the country, and their representatives will be talking about their product properties as well as being available to answer questions from the board, committees, and community members who want to attend.
The meeting will be held in the Board Room located on the 2nd floor of the management office, and will also be available to join via Zoom: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/88287349865
For those who cannot attend, a link to access the recording of the meeting will be sent out to the community via weekly updates a week after the meeting.
