This is a mass communication email being sent to all residents of Parkfairfax Condo.

Dear Parkfairfax Unit Owner,

We would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience many of you have experienced while attempting to pay your monthly condo fees through ClickPay during the recent transition to FirstService Residential. We take full responsibility for the issues that have occurred and understand the frustration and concerns this has caused, especially for those who have not yet been able to successfully set up their accounts.

If you previously had a ClickPay account through Barkan, your profile has been transferred. When you log in using your existing credentials from the previous management company (Barkan), you will now see your new account associated with FirstService Residential. You will not need to create a new log in. Please note that recurring payment details were not transferred, so you will need to establish a new automatic payment schedule after logging in.

If you have not previously registered with ClickPay, you may do so after creating your profile in the Connect Resident Portal which is not the same as ClickPay. The following link will lead you to the Resident Portal https://parkfairfax.connectresident.com

Once logged in, click the red Make Payment button on your dashboard. You will then be directed to ClickPay, where you will be prompted to create a user profile and enter a payment method for one-time or recurring payments.

As a reminder, if making a payment for a single month, there is a $3.00 service charge applied; this fee is waived if you set up recurring auto payments on the ClickPay website. As mentioned in the welcome letter, NO LATE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED FOR THE MONTHS OF FEBRUARY AND MARCH 2026.
