Just a reminder that the I-395 Express Lane Sound Wall meeting is this Wednesday, 11 October at 7:00pm in the Fairlington Community Center.   Unlike prior community meetings, this event will focus exclusively on the issue of possible sound wall construction.   Representatives from VDOT, Transurban, AECOM and noise analysis firm McCormick Taylor will be on hand to explain the balloting process, options, benefits, etc.   The presenters are expecting Parkfairfax residents to attend and have tailored their presentation material accordingly.

It is hoped that those who live closest to I-395 will attend Wednesday’s meeting but everyone is welcome.
